• Organized individual with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. • Must be able to assist in planning construction schedules and complete projects in a pre-determined time frame. • Familiarity with OSHA, NESC, federal, state and local ordinances. • Five plus years experience in construction fiber and coax systems • Familiar with industry standard aerial and underground CATV design

• Experienced in the operation and daily maintenance of underground construction equipment including trenchers, backhoes, plows, boring tools and directional boring machines. • Ability to direct and lead personnel assigned. • CDL and personal computer skills helpful • Ability to lift 90 pounds. • Must have a valid driver’s license.

• This individual will be Broadband Access Services’s underground construction liaison to the customer and public in the absence of the senior personnel
• Operate equipment
• Direct personnel and crews assigned and ensure daily production schedules are met.
• Assist in planning work and resources.
• Monitor material needs
• Coordinate with aerial construction, splicing, fiber and technical departments to meet schedules.
• Carry out BAS’s safety program and assist with weekly safety meetings.
• Knowledge of all applicable codes and ensure compliance to OSHA local, state and federal requirements.
• Ensure all reports are presented in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor upkeep of equipment
