Qualifications
must have a minimum of 5 years installation experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years Lead tech or Supervisor Experience .Must be able to coach and train technicians on metrics . Must be able to do install work when needed.
Job Description
we are looking for a qualified candidate to over see the market and manage the daily operations between our two systems tasks include:review metrics, handle disciplinary actions, work with the local MSO, handle issuetraks and damage claims, quality control, vehicle inspections, and fulfilling the manpower needs in the system.
