Prime contractor looking for quality aerial subs. Fiber and strand only for rural broadband project. NO COAXIAL placement on this project. Long spans and not all roadside. Bring the quads. Strand is .33 a foot plus line item pay. All down guys pulled to existing power anchor or aux attachment. No other communication lines on 95% of poles. Fiber is .54 a foot single lash sheath footage plus units for snow shoes, etc. Small fiber reels and no large count fiber. 600 miles to build this year.
