Qualifications
2 Years minimum MDU experience required, bi-lingual preferred but not required. 2 years Telecom Supervisor experience preferred.
Other Requirements
Must have own, reliable transportation, must be local (living in or near Baltimore), having your own tools is helpful but not required. If you already have your own PPE please bring it.Supervisors should be neat in appearance, professional in their demeanor, and have the ability to converse with GC management and Project Managers. Supervisors will have to have basic computer skills and the ability to get the most production from their crews.
Job Description
MDU Supervisors will report to BCTec's PM with updates on production, incidents, violations, attendance of crews.
Supervisors will lend assistance to BCTec PM with necessary production submittals and see to it that all procedures set forth by General Contractor are being met on a daily basis.
Supervisors will also ensure that all safety requirements are being met on a daily basis.
Applicants for this position must have a valid Driver's License and proof of citizenship or a permission to work card.
This position requires Supervisor to be on site Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm.
