Job Description

This position will be the primary point of contact for internal and external customers and vendors regarding A&E routing, review, and deliverable finalization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Coordinate with the Site Acquisition and Construction teams to ensure services are ordered in timely manner

Collaborate with vendors to identify a completion timeline for all A&E deliverables ordered

Assess and address risk based on input from project members; escalate to management as necessary

Analyze and red line project plans and drawings to ensure designs from vendors meet all criteria requested by the customer

Ensure that cost, schedules, and quality objectives of the market are achieved

Route deliverables to ensure sign-offs by all applicable parties when necessary

Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness

Update project statuses in internal database and prepare site status reports

Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent; plus 2-3 years related experience and/or training with cellular site acquisition and/or cellular site construction; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Working knowledge of the wireless infrastructure development process, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, civil construction, and RF equipment installation preferred.


COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, customers, and the general public.
DECISION MAKING
Performs work operations which permit frequent opportunity for decision-making of minor importance and also frequent opportunity for decision-making of major importance, either of which would affect the work operations of medium organization component and the organizations clientele.

ANALYTICAL ABILITY / PROBLEM SOLVING

USE OF MACHINES, EQUIPMENT AND/OR COMPUTERS
Regular use of complex machines and equipment (desktop/laptop computer and software such as database/project management tracking tools)

PUBLIC CONTACT
Regular contacts with customers where the contacts are initiated by the employee or the customer which involves both furnishing and obtaining information. Contacts of considerable importance and of such nature, that failure to exercise proper judgment may result in important tangible or intangible losses to the organization.

SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
Advanced: Spreadsheet (MS Excel); Intermediate: Database; Basic: Presentation/PowerPoint, Word Processing/Typing


ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing, must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, may be required to work long and unpredictable hours.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
