Immediately: In-house and Sub-contractors.
Pay
In-house employees and Sub-contractors needed. Subs work on piece rate and are net 15, paid out weekly. W2 employee wages are based on experience and knowledge and will be discussed prior to hiring. W2 employees are paid weekly.
Qualifications
Splicers should know how to work with all coax cable types and sizes, be able and willing to do aerial and underground splicing and be able to balance forward and return signals on amplifiers. If you are less familiar with return balancing or need refreshing, some training can be provided.
Other Requirements
It is preferred that Sub-contractors have their own vehicle, tools, and meters but we can supply any and all if needed. All in-house applicants will be provided with all vehicles, tools, and equipment to do all jobs.
