Qualifications
Qualifications needed:
- Excavator and plow operations and safe maintenance of equipment
- Driver’s license
- Ability to supervise and motivate crew to best achieve job completion with regard to safety and efficiency (on the job)
- Ability to accurately record and report hours of each crew member via email or photo scan of time sheet
- MOT Certified or willingness to become MOT Certified (at company expense)
- Ability to maintain schedule of proper care of company vehicle.
Other Requirements
- Ability to stay out of town on jobs requiring travel outside of Central Florida (M-TH).
- Some hard physical labor required.
Bonus Qualification:
- CDL license
- Ability to Read prints, line out jobs, basic computer skills (scanning maps, emailing)
