Job Description
Established utility contractor hiring for following positions; field supervisors, HDD operator/locators, mini ex operators, fiber blowing/rodding crew foreman, CDL drivers and general laborers.
Field supervisor will be responsible for:
-Plan, layout and supervise project with multiple crews.
-Follow and enforce company policies in regards to safety, damage prevention, time reporting, etc.
-Promptly and professionally address client, municipality and resident concerns.
-Work with management to maximize production and employee morale.
-Adhere to daily and weekly reporting procedures.
-Effectively document all correspondence with clients, municipalities, residents and sub-contractors.
-Any other task deemed necessary.
All equipment operators will be responsible for the safe and proper use of recently upgraded company fleet and equipment.
CDL drivers will be responsible for daily vehicle inspections, ensuring companies DOT compliance, etc.
General laborers will work with various crews and be cross trained to learn various jobs within the company.
All positions are permanent with significant opportunity for future growth.
