Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions.
• Ability to interface with field personnel, outside professional services, management, visitors and company personnel.
• Ability to identify the uniform color code for underground utilities.
• Must understand and adhere to Federal and State OSHA regulations as well as Company Safety Standards as written, briefed and posted.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check and MVR check.
Other Requirements
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to work outdoors.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to endure long periods of standing, sitting or walking
Job Description
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Loading and unloading trucks and moving materials between work sites.
• Sort and stack materials as necessary.
• Put up and take down shoring equipment.
• Cleaning tools and machines.
• Hand dig holes, dig trenches and assist in vehicle operation.
• Pulling of cable, lashing machines and strand by hand using a rope.
• Act as a flag person or safety spotter in diverting traffic from the work site.
• Other duties as directed by Supervisor.
