Qualifications
***5+ years experience/knowledge of all aspects of Fiber Optic Splicing, OTDR/PM Testing and FTTH construction. ***Working knowledge of splicing engineered work prints, fan-outs, overlays and the ability to understand and interpret construction documents. ***Ability to interpret RUS codes, drawings and schematics. ***Must be able to interpret “frame count” to “field count”.

**Must have valid driver’s license. ***Must be authorized to work in the U.S. ***Must be able to pass drug and background/DMV screening.

We are currently seeking an experienced Splicing Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the daily activities and production of subcontractor and in-house fiber splicing technicians. This position is responsible for the splicing and testing of the FTTH network. Responsible to identify and remove all roadblocks so the technicians will be successful, the customer will be satisfied and the project profitable.
