Qualifications
Our Construction Department has immediate need for an MDU Foreman (Multiple Dwelling Units - Apartments, Hotels, Condo's, Commercial Buildings). Applicants must have extensive experience in MDU Pre & Post wire construction.
Job Description
Experience should include:
Installation of coaxial cables and CAT 5/6 cables
Run cabling and install / terminate in IDF's & MDF's
Read blue prints and building plans, system maps, plats, MEP's and document daily records
Safe and efficient utilization of hand and portable power tools in both indoor and outdoor environments
Ability to drill concrete as well as hammer and saw EMT, PVC and microduct pipe
Ability to install connectors and attachments as needed to NEC and local building codes
Ability to install and secure EMT, PVC, and micro duct pathway
Ability to splice coax is not a requirement, but a major +
Qualification Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Good Criminal Background- No felonies ever, no misdemeanors involving violence or theft
Good Driving Record- limited tickets.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.
Proof of legal residence and ability to work in the U.S.
