Pay
$13.00 - $19.00 DOE With competitive benefits including health, dental, company paid Life insurance and short-term disability, as well as 401K with company match and paid vacation.
Qualifications
This position will require extensive travel as the successful applicant will be locating for a plow train. This is NOT production locating. The successful applicant must have great oral and written communication skills, be able to work with a diverse group of people and have the ability to walk up to 10 miles a day on all types of terrain. must have a valid driver's license with a good record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Job Description
Daily contact with utility managers, crews, homeowners and supervisors discussing locate issues. Read and understand utility provided maps to assist in identification of underground utilities. 90% of job time is spent in field environment with some administrative work required and exposure to all field hazards. Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds required. Office hours and schedule may vary. Requires up to 10 miles a day of walking at least twice a week.
