Job Description
**HIGH UNIT-BASED PAY PLUS A FIRST 30-DAY BONUS**
Are you an experienced Fiber I&R Technician who wants to make more money? Come work for Mercury Z and get top unit pay and daily per diem.
We are in need of Fiber I&R Technicians to work on our project in NY and PA. The start date is ASAP.
Unit Rates + INCENTIVES:
- $1,000 bonus after being in market and on-load for 30 days.
- $1,000 bonus for being in market and on-load for 90 days.
- A daily per diem of $135.00 for the first 90 days.
- Minimum of 4 new INSTALL JOBS/day (No trouble or repair tickets) allocated for 6 days in a week.
Referral Bonus:
- $250 referral bonuses will be paid for “new” resources who are not already identified or registered by another technician. This referral bonus will be paid upon the referral completing 30 days onload.
