Qualifications
Must be proficient in all facets of underground construction. Must be able to read and build to CATV underground design prints. Must know and understand USA procedures. Ability to operate equipment (excavators, backhoes or directional bore rig) is a plus. Must be able to fill out daily production sheets.
Other Requirements
Must pass urinalysis screening and background check.
Job Description
Underground foreman are responsible for leading a crew in trenching, either by hand or operating machinery, removing and replacing asphalt and concrete and placing ducts. Underground foreman are also responsible for pulling fiber and coaxial cable as designed and setting pedestals and vaults. Must maintain equipment and work within assigned production deadlines.
