Immediately upon successful background/drug/MVR. Triage Partners is offering $2,000 sign on bonus. To qualify for the bonus you must be signed on by 8/8/22 and start by 8/15/22.
Pay
Unit Pay-competitive hourly rate plus commission, mileage, & cell phone reimbursement, paid bi-weekly, Direct deposit, paid bi weekly, Paid holiday/sick/vacation. Medical, dental, vision insurances. Per diem out of town techs. Tech referral bonus.
Qualifications
Technician must have their own truck, van, or SUV with ladder rack (will receive mileage reimbursement) , Must have valid driver’s license, registration, and auto insurance. Technician must have their own tools to perform the job as well as android smart phone/tablet, personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position. Lace up boots with a defined 1/2-inch heel, hard hat, reflective safety vest, fall resistor, mask, & safety cones.

Must have Truck/Van/SUV with ladder rack and 28" ladder, good oral and written communication skills, Android device,
Job Description
Triage Partners, Ca is hiring fiber installers across Southern California for our offices located in Paramount, Palm Desert, & Ontario. As a member of our team, you must be quality driven, team oriented, and innovative.
Installation of fiber drop and fiber equipment in homes, and minimum experience from cable, dish, companies is required. Techs will be hanging or placing the drop in conduit all outside work mounting the ONT, power supply to the house and completing residential installation inside the home.
Perform Drop work, ONT, router installations to complete the residential Fiber install
Observe all safety rules and regulations while working
Teamwork, assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested
Must have a great attitude Displaying professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Accountability/dependability (On time when scheduled)
Have schedule flexibility to meet constantly changing customer demands.
Asking relevant questions ensuring problems are resolved quickly
Must work varying shifts and hours including possible mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Assume all other duties as assigned
