Qualifications
3+ years in telecom industry with knowledge and relevant experience or associate degree in a telecommunications field. Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. Organize truck, tools, materials and maintain all company equipment and resources in excellent condition. Splicing and restoration experience, understanding of map/schematics.

Job Description
We are seeking experienced fiber optic splicing technicians. This is for permanent full-time employment in Wisconsin and Minnesota. However, we are growing rapidly in many other states to meet the demand for connecting all corners of the United States to the world via broadband.
• The ideal applicant will be experienced in prepping fiber optic cables into splice enclosures, understanding and adhering to the specific requirements set forth by our company standards and our customers.
• Must have an in-depth understanding of fusion splicing along with testing and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly to customers, team members, and work in conjunction with field engineering to appropriately document any and all modifications.
• Must have a clean driving record, committed to our safety plan, and our code of professional conduct. (as per our employee handbook)
• Complete quality work and all tasks in a timely manner.
• Other items and task as requested by your supervisor.
