Qualifications
Proficiency in Hybrid Fiber Coax Networks, troubleshooting, and setup. Ability to interpret information on (HFC) network design maps. Ability to troubleshoot RF or power related issues in the HFC plant. Ability to prioritize and organize work tasks effectively. Demonstrated leadership qualities, able to supervise and motivate others and work independently.

Carpe Diem Genesis is seeking to hire an experienced Cable Telecommunications Field Project Manager to support for a multi-year High-Split project in the greater St Louis Missouri area. As the Field Project Manager, you will oversee crews upgrading amplifiers and splicing passive coax components
Job Description
-Manage amplifier upgrade and splicing crews to make sure all aspects are handled according to customer and Industry specifications.
- Coordinate contractor crews to facilitate project completion.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to technical and customer standards
- Use software programs to manage design prints, daily reports, and job close out procedures
- Perform site inspections for quality control.
- Reconcile submitted invoices to work completed in the field.
- Conduct on-site job training and safety training to help build a strong work force.
-Will be the face of the company when interacting with the customer and will always strive for excellent service
- Communicate with leadership and project PM to provide updates about construction progress.
-Review and process any damage claims.
-Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.
-Will act in a professional manner, with honesty and integrity. This person will have a -strong presence among their crew members and should lead everyone to excellence.
