Job Description
Well established company is seeking a partner to rebuild its OSP FTTH fiber splicing team. The right person must have substantial experience and the ability to build and manage projects, customer and crews. That candidate must bring fiber technicians and or be fully able to train fiber optic OSP FFTH splicers capable of producing consistent safe high quality production. To start off, we have the equipment and trucks to start 3 2 man crews in-house and grow the business from there. We also can equip some inhouse aerial crews. Profits will be shared between the partners. Send a detail work experience and cover letter.
