exhausted and relocated
currently have roughly 20 vehicles ( registered and working ) various bucket trucks / digger derrick / stake truck / pick ups / cable & fiber trailers / flat bed trailers / pole trailer / bore machine / enough equipment to outfit all trucks for different types of work
a few trucks in the graveyard for spare t-40 parts and 2 other booms not mounted
approx 27 employees, to include ( mechanic / warehouse person / qc guy / mapper / splice coordinator / project manager )
new 3 yr contract with one mso
on going work with 4 other mso ( 3 as prime, 1 as sub )
will be on AT&T bid list in august
not going to part any of this, this is an all or nothing purchase and please only serious inquiries. this will include myself staying on site for 3 months if requested, to make sure transaction goes smoothly. upon purchase money being received, all company debt will be wiped clean, this does not include any receivables, but would consider 75% of face value added to purchase price. primary customer is 45 days out, all others have been paying in 30 days
